While we strive to provide accurate and helpful outputs, our AI tools are intended to assist and not replace professional judgment. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any content generated using our Services.

3. Account Creation and Security

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of our Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to promptly update your information if it changes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

4. Payment and Billing

If you choose to purchase credits or subscribe to our Services, you agree to pay all fees as outlined on our pricing page. All payments are processed through our third-party payment processors and are subject to their terms of service.

For subscriptions, you will be billed on a recurring basis at the frequency you select during signup (monthly, annually, etc.). You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period.

Credits purchased in packs expire 12 months after the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR QUALITY OF ANY CONTENT GENERATED USING OUR SERVICES.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DALEUM, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.
